Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Manager to join our team at ProPlus Tax & Bookkeeping Inc. The successful candidate will have a strong background in administrative operations and be able to manage our office services effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Operations: Develop, implement, and maintain efficient administrative procedures to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
  • Supervision: Oversee and coordinate the work of 1-2 support staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and other essential software applications.
  • Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in administrative operations or a related field.
  • Certifications: Basic security clearance (required).
