Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Interrent Holdings Manager Limited Partnership. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and establishing work priorities to ensure deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Train staff and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5 years or more of experience in administrative roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
