Administrative Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Interrent Holdings Manager Limited Partnership. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and establishing work priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities- Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Review and evaluate existing procedures to identify areas for improvement
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
The ideal candidate will have 5 years or more of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. They will also have a strong understanding of project management principles and be proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
