Job Title: Payroll & Benefits Administrator

At CB Canada, we are seeking a skilled Payroll & Benefits Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for managing a multi-jurisdictional hourly and salaried bi-weekly payroll for approximately 300 employees. Your duties will include processing ROEs and T4s annually, as well as managing vacation schedules and tracking accruals, benefits enrollments, and responding to queries in a timely fashion. You will also have the opportunity to work with our payroll software and contribute to the development of our HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a multi-jurisdictional hourly and salaried bi-weekly payroll for approximately 300 employees.
2. Process ROEs and T4s annually.
3. Manage vacation schedules and track accruals.
4. Administer benefits enrollments and respond to queries in a timely fashion.
5. Work with our payroll software to process payroll and contribute to the development of our HR processes.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of full cycle, hands-on payroll administration experience, including the processing of ROEs and T4s annually. Experience with ADP WorkforceNow (WFN) is an asset. Intermediate-level MS Excel skills are necessary for reconciliations.
