Compensation and Benefits Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Administrator to join our team in Vancouver. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for 200+ employees (salary & hourly).
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless payroll processing and follow up on timecard submissions and approvals.
- Administer monthly benefits reconciliation to ensure all taxable benefits are accurately recorded for T4 purposes and compliance.
- Continuously evaluate and improve payroll processes to enhance overall efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
- Main point of contact for payroll queries.
- Assist with year-end procedures, including internal and external audits, to ensure all payroll-related activities are properly documented.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Payroll Clerk or similar role.
- Payroll Compliance Practitioner designation or actively working towards one.
- Proficiency in UKG payroll software (or similar) and Microsoft Excel is a strong asset.
