">The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring procedures are followed, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
">Responsibilities:
">- Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure efficient workload management">
- Establish priorities and ensure deadlines are met by coordinating with team members">
- Carry out administrative activities, including budget planning and control">
- Oversee payroll administration and maintain inventory controls">
- Plan and control budget and expenditures, identifying areas for cost reduction">
- Train or arrange training sessions to enhance staff knowledge and skills">
- Coordinate and schedule activities, meetings, and events">
Requirements:
">- 3 years of experience in office administration, preferably in a similar industry">
- College diploma or equivalent in business administration or a related field">
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills">
- Able to work independently and as part of a team">
- Familiarity with payroll administration and budget planning software">
