The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring procedures are followed, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure efficient workload management">
  • Establish priorities and ensure deadlines are met by coordinating with team members">
  • Carry out administrative activities, including budget planning and control">
  • Oversee payroll administration and maintain inventory controls">
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures, identifying areas for cost reduction">
  • Train or arrange training sessions to enhance staff knowledge and skills">
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, meetings, and events">

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in office administration, preferably in a similar industry">
  • College diploma or equivalent in business administration or a related field">
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills">
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team">
  • Familiarity with payroll administration and budget planning software">
