We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrator to join our team at LeadingAhead Energy Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our administrative operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning and strategic growth.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and strong attention to detail. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, along with 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity.

As our ideal candidate, you will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. You will also possess expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, and other relevant software tools.

A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year reflects the importance of this position within our organization.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and maintaining efficient administrative procedures
  • Coordinating office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and disposal of assets
  • Preparing and managing operating budgets, inventory, and budgetary controls
  • Performing data entry, training staff, and resolving conflict situations
  • Overseeing payroll administration, planning and controlling expenditures

A tertiary qualification or equivalent combination of education and experience is essential for success in this role. The selected candidate will be expected to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating adaptability, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.
