Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Support payroll processing and administer employee benefits programs.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the execution of performance review cycles and support professional development initiatives.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR systems and documentation.

Successful candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role. They will also possess a solid understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation, as well as proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
