Job Summary

This role will oversee the end-to-end payroll process across Canada using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accurate and timely processing for all employees. The successful candidate will also develop and manage comprehensive benefits programs, conduct regular assessments of benefits offerings, and design compensation structures that align with organizational goals and industry benchmarks.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the benefits and compensation team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and engagement.
  • Oversee the payroll process, ensuring compliance with federal and provincial regulations.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive benefits programs, including health, dental, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
  • Conduct market research to maintain competitiveness in compensation offerings and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  • Design and implement compensation structures that align with organizational goals and industry benchmarks.
  • Manage and oversee salary reviews, bonuses, true-ups, promotions, and other compensation-related processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in benefits and compensation management, with specific experience in Canadian payroll.
  • Proven management experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and strong understanding of Canadian payroll regulations.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
