Help Desk Support Technician

beBee Professionals is seeking a skilled Help Desk Support Technician to provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to employees and customers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a help desk support role
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and software
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
