About the Role:


We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our Help Desk team as a Help Desk Specialist. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing technical support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
  • Document and track customer interactions and issues
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and technical knowledge

Requirements:



  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of technical support experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
