Help Desk Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Specialist to join our team at Nextgen System Canada. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities- Respond to client inquiries and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or chat
- Provide clear and concise guidance on software usage, hardware installation, and network configuration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to common problems
- Analyze and document user feedback to improve product quality and usability
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a help desk or technical support position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment
- A solid understanding of computer systems, networking protocols, and software applications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
- Certification in ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) or similar frameworks
- Experience with cloud-based services and virtualization technologies
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices
In exchange for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including:
- $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on experience

This role is based in Toronto, Ontario, with opportunities for remote work arrangements.
