Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Help Desk Specialist to join our team at Reliable AOC Inc. This is a permanent position with the possibility of shift or on-call work.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, hardware, and software.

You will consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions to identified difficulties.

Additionally, you will provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties, collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts, and provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A College/CEGEP education or equivalent experience
  • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar field

Moreover, you should be available for shift or on-call work, legally able to work in Canada, and willing to relocate for this position. You should also reside in proximity to the advertised location.
