Job Title: Help Desk Technician - Technical Support Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team at Citi College of Canadian Careers. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our students and staff, troubleshooting computer systems and networks, and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to students and staff via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot computer systems and networks to identify and resolve technical issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
- Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Working Conditions:
- 35 hours per week
- Permanent position
