Help Desk Support Specialist

The Help Desk Support Specialist role at PeopleToGo requires a professional with exceptional hardware troubleshooting skills to resolve issues with deployed workstations across the country.
Responsibilities include PC imaging, problem resolution, and technical skill maintenance for field units. This individual must possess strong networking knowledge, proficiency in Windows Operating Systems (XP, Vista, Windows 7), Microsoft Office, and basic hardware repair.
Experience in PC support and/or deskside support is essential, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience preferred. Success in this position demands excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work independently.
Key qualifications include:
- Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems (XP, Vista, Windows 7)
- Microsoft Office
- Basic networking concepts
- PC Hardware troubleshooting and repair
- Imaging technologies (RIS, Image X, WDS)
PeopleToGo offers a competitive salary range estimated at $50,000-$65,000 per year, based on location and experience. If you have Lotus Notes and Blackberry experience, it would be beneficial but not mandatory.
