Job Summary

We are looking for a Clerk/Receptionist who can provide a variety of communication and reception functions by telephone or in person. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to staff, residents, and visitors
  • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence
  • Manage front desk operations, including receiving guests and directing them to appropriate areas
  • Maintain accurate records and files, and perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements
  • Diploma or certificate in a related field (e.g. business administration, office management)
  • 1-2 years of experience working in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting
