The Role: Financial Services Administrative Coordinator

This role provides daily account documentation review and transmission, processing of client cheques and monitoring debit balances, data entry, and assisting with the execution and implementation of procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience providing superior administrative support preferably in a financial services environment.

    • Post-secondary education, ideally Business Administration, or equivalent experience.">
    • Financial industry experience is an asset.">
    • 1-2 years of experience in a professional office environment is an asset.">
