We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to coordinate our administrative services. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
- Managing the operations of a department providing administrative services, including budgeting, scheduling, and supervising staff.
- Collections and recording administrative and service fees.
- Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.
- Preparing reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
- Organizing and maintaining inventory.
- Supervising office and volunteer staff.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in administration or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
