Job Summary:

The Canadian Red Cross is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Lead, Training Partner Development to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining relationships with our Training Partners, guiding them in achieving their annual revenue requirements, and providing training on new products and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and maintain our Training Partner network, identifying new opportunities and partnerships.
  • Provide expert training and support to our Training Partners, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Collaborate with our Business Development team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth.
  • Represent the Canadian Red Cross at tradeshows and conferences, building relationships with key stakeholders and promoting our organization's mission and values.
  • Work closely with our Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with policies and program standards, and identify and report any breaches or issues.
  • Manage individual sales contracts, ensuring adherence to provisions and requirements, and track and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
  • Support the development and implementation of national training programs, working closely with our Prevention and Security team to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our Training Partners and stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • College diploma or university certificate in administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of work experience in coordinating training programs, with a proven track record of success in developing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.
  • Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Water safety instructor and first aid certifications an asset.

Working Conditions:

  • Eligibility to work in Canada, with a valid Enhanced Police Information Check (E-PIC) required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and relationship-building.
