Business Development Partner

CIMA Canada Inc is seeking a highly skilled Business Partner, Training & Organizational Development to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Training & Organizational Development team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and talent management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Partnership Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and develop strategies to drive growth and improvement.
- Talent Management: Design, implement, and coordinate talent management programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Leadership Development: Participate in the revision and creation of leadership program content to support the development of high-potential employees.
- Program Coordination: Plan and coordinate leadership development program activities, providing support to participants and ensuring successful program execution.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years' experience as an HR Business Partner or in an organizational development role, with a proven track record in designing skills development programs.
- Skills: Excellent communication, listening, and facilitation skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse training environments.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of talent management practices, including retention, engagement, succession planning, and performance management.
- Project Management: Proven project planning, organization, and management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in French and English (oral and written), with the ability to interact with colleagues across Canada.
