Account Lead, Training Partner Development Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Lead, Training Partner Development to join our team at the Canadian Red Cross. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting Training Partners in developing and maintaining potential and existing markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve annual revenue requirements and business plans with Training Partners.
  • Provide training and orientation on new products, tools, technology, and resources to Training Partners.
  • Build and maintain a network of Training Partners and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Conduct follow-ups with Training Partners, update records, and track interactions, leads, and opportunities in CRM.
  • Manage individual sales contracts and ensure adherence to provisions and requirements.
  • Represent the Canadian Red Cross at tradeshows and conferences to secure new leads and opportunities.
  • Support municipal government partnerships to create Red Cross Communities.
  • Design and update communication and marketing tools to support Training Partners.
  • Assist in developing national training programs relating to prevention and security.

Requirements:

  • College diploma or university certificate in administration or related field.
  • Minimum of five years of work experience in coordinating training programs.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Water safety instructor and first aid certifications are an asset.

Working Conditions:

  • Eligibility to work in Canada.
  • Successful pre-employment screening process, including a satisfactory Enhanced Police Information Check (E-PIC).
  • Ability to work with and support people and communities in Canada and around the world.
