Account Lead, Training Partner Development

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Account Lead to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our network of Training Partners. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and empowering partners to develop their businesses and achieve their revenue goals.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support to Training Partners, assisting them in identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop and implement effective business plans that drive growth and success.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions on new products and courses, ensuring partners are equipped with the latest knowledge and resources.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with Training Partners, fostering a collaborative and supportive network.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly and effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
  • Identify and report any potential breaches of policies or program standards, contributing to the maintenance of high ethical and operational standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, leads, and opportunities within our CRM system.
  • Manage individual sales contracts, ensuring compliance with all provisions and requirements.
  • Represent the Canadian Red Cross as a program expert at industry events, generating new leads and promoting growth opportunities.
  • Support municipal government partnerships to establish Red Cross Communities, where branches utilize Red Cross training and certification.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of national training programs related to prevention and security.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide valuable feedback on Training Partner issues, programs, tools, and market trends.
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to support Major Account Solutions and the philanthropy team in securing funding for prevention and safety projects.
What We Are Looking For:
  • A college diploma or university certificate in administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience coordinating training programs.
  • Fluency in both English and French.
  • Water safety instructor and first aid certifications are considered assets.
