Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
* Develop and implement administrative procedures and policies
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination

Requirements:

* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
* College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
