What is the opportunity?

We are seeking an experienced Operational Liaison Manager to join our team at the Royal Bank of Canada. In this role, you will provide operational and administrative support to the Branch Management Team and Advisor teams.

What will you do?

  • Manage daily administrative operations of the branch, including transaction approvals, documentation verification, and account openings.
  • Assist with training new branch support staff and coordinate ongoing training initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance and internal control requirements are met.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot branch technology issues.

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have

  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A professional approach to all situations to create a positive working environment.
  • Ability to work independently and seek out own answers and solutions.

Nice to Have

  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course and Conduct & Practices Handbook.
  • Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities' systems and procedures.
  • Experience in the securities industry.
