Job Title: Human Resources Liaison

Job Summary:

As a Human Resources Liaison at CB Canada, you will be responsible for providing local HR support to the geographies within your scope of responsibility. This role delivers HR services that require close physical proximity to business operations and covers one to multiple CB Canada locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including posting jobs on job boards, creating requisitions, and conducting recruitment contact sourcing.
  • Promote our referral program for all buildings and shifts under your scope.
  • Manage employee concerns and complaints.
  • Support our external and internal customers.

Requirements:

  • Completion of a Human Resources Management program or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional oral, written, and interactive communication skills.
  • Skilled in effective research tactics with strong organization skills.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality.
  • Ability to convey a positive and professional image to internal and external customers.
  • Knowledge of local employment and regulatory laws - preferred.
