Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Administrator to join our team at MFR Technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish priorities and ensure procedures are followed, meeting deadlines
  • Carry out administrative tasks for the establishment
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release under government access to information and privacy legislation
  • Coordinate and plan office services such as accommodation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry tasks
  • Train staff members
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Resolve conflict situations
  • Monitor and evaluate performance

Work Environment:

  • Tight deadlines require effective time management and attention to detail

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English is the primary language of work
  • 30 to 40 hours of work per week

Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
