About the Role

We are seeking an Executive Office Support Professional to join our team at Mozaics. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executives and contributing to the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring seamless logistics and execution.
  • Develop and implement effective office procedures and routines, enhancing productivity and efficiency.
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and ensure timely confirmations.
  • Handle telephone inquiries, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to inform business decisions.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and order new stock as needed.
  • Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations to support business needs.
Computer and Technology Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Security and Safety Requirements
  • Criminal record check required.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Fast-paced work environment with varying tasks.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $55,000 and $65,000, depending on location and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Requirements

This is a permanent full-time position, working 35 to 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
