About the Role:

  • This is a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week.
  • The successful candidate will have experience in arranging and co-ordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Responsibilities include establishing and implementing policies and procedures, recording and preparing meeting minutes, and overseeing data analysis.
  • You will also be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to electronic enquiries, and performing data entry tasks.
  • We are looking for someone who can plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations effectively.

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
