Responsabilités

  • Créer une expérience client exceptionnelle à chaque interaction et contribuer à l'amélioration continue de l'expérience client globale de la succursale par le service et les conseils.
  • Effectuer une large gamme de transactions financières (ex. : dépôts, retraits, paiements de factures et/ou autres transactions, si nécessaire) de manière précise et efficace.
  • Aider à répondre et à résoudre les préoccupations des clients, en les escaladant si nécessaire.
  • Identifier les besoins des clients et déterminer des solutions aux problèmes des clients, et ouvrir une gamme limitée de produits et/ou services pour les clients.

Compétences requises

  • Diplôme de secondaire et/ou
  • 1+ années d'expérience pertinente
  • Diplôme postsecondaire ou de premier cycle (dans un domaine connexe) préféré
