About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. As a key member of our branch network, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with our clients and deliver excellent customer service to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Transaction Processing: Process day-to-day transactions and ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Sales and Upselling: Identify and fulfill simple sales opportunities to contribute to the branch's targets and grow our business.
  • Technology Expertise: Stay up-to-date with our mobile banking applications and assist clients in managing their banking needs.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Proven customer service skills through work or community involvement.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills and ability to promote digital and self-service banking options to our clients.
  • Availability: Availability to work a flexible schedule and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Sales and Communication Skills: Comfortable in simple sales situations and able to explain complicated concepts simply.
