Position: Customer Operations Associate

Reports To: Customer Operations Manager
Department: Customer Operations

Location: Birchmount

Compensation: UNIFOR Clerical Range 2

Work Schedule: 35 hours per week: Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

The primary responsibility of this position is to serve as a liaison and support for various teams to facilitate resolutions regarding HVAC agreements. This role is vital in ensuring that corporate objectives are achieved through exemplary service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist different teams in resolving HVAC contract challenges
  • Process financial adjustments and support necessary corrections
  • Collaborate with external partners for assistance
  • Ensure precise documentation processing
  • Support customer escalations effectively
  • Manage customer inquiries and complaints proficiently
  • Provide necessary reporting and analysis
  • Engage in special projects and assignments as required

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in accounts receivable processing and customer relations
  • Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in relevant software applications
  • Ability to perform well under pressure
  • Strong decision-making and organizational capabilities
  • High school diploma; post-secondary education preferred
