About the Role

As a key member of our branch network, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, building strong relationships, and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Provide proactive and personalized service to our clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  2. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to deepen their engagement with our bank and promote our products and services.
  3. Transaction Processing: Process day-to-day transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  4. Sales and Upselling: Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, promoting our products and services to clients and contributing to the branch's targets.
  5. Technology Expertise: Stay up-to-date with our digital banking platforms and mobile applications, providing expert guidance to clients and promoting self-service options.
Requirements
