Main Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Admin to join our team at Inspiretci. As an Office Admin, you will be responsible for coordinating daily product movements with sales teams and customers, confirming product availability, and creating orders in the JDE system.

You will also be responsible for collaborating with the warehouse team for orders requiring fittings, pre-calling customers as needed before shipment, and performing data entry tasks in JDE and DSI systems.

Additionally, you will be responsible for liaising with customer service via email and phone to address inquiries and concerns, investigating and resolving purchase order discrepancies, and completing necessary corrections.

Other duties will include monitoring and tracking proof of delivery, participating in monthly and year-end inventory processes, and ensuring all third-party personnel have completed the onsite safety video and required safety sign-offs.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and French.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with JD Edwards (JDE) is advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Mathematical Competence: Strong mathematical skills.
  • Physical Requirements: Valid forklift license and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
