Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Support Specialist to join our team at Agos Immigration Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as assisting with staff consultation and grievance procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage training and development strategies
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Conduct research
  • Provide customer service
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff
