About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Employee Experience Coordinator to enhance our workplace culture and improve the overall employee experience. This role will support various initiatives aimed at fostering a positive, engaging, and inclusive environment for all employees.

Responsibilities
  • Onboarding and Orientation: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company through engaging orientation programs and follow-up support.
  • Employee Engagement Initiatives: Coordinate programs that promote employee engagement, recognition, and satisfaction. Support in collecting feedback through surveys and focus groups to assess employee needs and preferences.
  • Reception and Administration: Welcome guests, sort and distribute incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail, and reserve conference rooms on demand.
  • Culture Development: Collaborate with HR and leadership to cultivate a positive workplace culture. Organize team-building activities, events, and workshops that align with company values.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring that all employees feel valued and included in the workplace.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in employee experience, executive admin, HR, or related roles.
  • University or post-secondary degree in a related field preferred.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Coupa is a plus.
