  • Collaborate with the warehouse team for orders requiring fittings, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
  • Pre-call customers as needed before shipment, providing excellent customer service.
  • Perform data entry tasks in JDE and DSI systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Liaise with customer service via email and phone to address inquiries and concerns, providing prompt and effective solutions.
  • Investigate and resolve purchase order discrepancies and complete necessary corrections, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor and track proof of delivery, ensuring timely and efficient logistics.
  • Participate in monthly and year-end inventory processes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Ensure all third-party personnel have completed the onsite safety video and required safety sign-offs, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and French, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with JD Edwards (JDE) is advantageous, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Mathematical Competence: Strong mathematical skills, ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping.
  • Physical Requirements: Valid forklift license and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, ensuring safe and efficient warehouse operations.
