Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Laura-Jo Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team
- Supervise other workers
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics and other information
- Respond to employee questions and complaints
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
- Perform data entry
- Provide customer service
- Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
- Maintain and manage digital database
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
- Supervise office and volunteer staff
Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
