Key Accounts Representative

As a Key Account Representative at 09 Irving Oil Limited, you will be the primary point of contact for our high-volume customers, government, or municipal accounts. Your goal will be to manage and grow these accounts, ensuring a successful customer relationship.

Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow high-volume accounts, government, or municipal accounts.
- Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with key senior-level decision makers.
- Continually seek opportunities to expand the share of wallet.
- Utilize sales tools such as Microsoft Office and Sales CRM.
- Follow defined sales process.
Your Skills:
- Strategic thinker to meet client objectives and drive business results.
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office, both Mac and PC environments.
- Communicate internally with key stakeholders and groups to ensure a great customer experience.
- Able to present winning solutions.
Your Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- 5-10 years' experience in sales and customer relations preferred.
