Customer Service Representative

As a customer-facing representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Irving Energy's customers.
With excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, you will ensure that all customer concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner. Your goal will be to provide personalized support and guidance to customers regarding our products and services, including account maintenance, billing inquiries, ordering, and general contact with the company.
You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving basic account-related issues, escalating complex problems to senior representatives, and providing accurate information on our products and services to answer general inquiries.
A key aspect of this role is maintaining relationships with customers through soft collections, verifying and updating customer account information, and troubleshooting basic account issues. You will work closely with the Customer Credit team to resolve issues and provide value-added services to customers.
To succeed in this position, you will require strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively. You will also need to possess excellent computer literacy, organizational skills, and interpersonal skills.
In addition to your technical skills, you will bring a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt quickly to changing situations.
This role offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits plan and opportunities for growth and development.
