We are seeking an experienced Administrative Planning Officer to join our team at CPA Solutions LLP. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for implementing and evaluating administrative procedures, delegating tasks to support staff, and ensuring efficient workflow management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective administrative processes and procedures
  • Coordinate office services including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Manage data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

  • Permanent position with 35 hours of work per week
