At PDF Construction, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and be able to manage daily operations effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, planning and organizing daily activities, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and recording minutes of meetings and seminars.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and control daily operations.
  • Plan and organize daily operations.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
  • Answer electronic enquiries.
  • Compile data, statistics and other information.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations.
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
  • Provide customer service.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years experience.

Work Details:

  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
