Senior Clinical Operational Readiness Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Operational Readiness Lead to join our team at Providence Healthcare. This is a key leadership role that will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth transition of our operations to the new St. Paul's Hospital site.
Key Responsibilities- Lead strategic program and operational readiness management, implementation, and coordination of operational projects and functions.
- Develop and implement operational plans, including leading the development of new or revised policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Collaborate with senior clinical leadership, clinical program managers, and project teams to ensure effective coordination and staging of operational projects.
- Oversee the designated portfolio(s), including leading and managing staff and managing the operating budget.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including quality, equipment planning, operations, and information technology.
- Master's degree in a health-related discipline or business administration, or an equivalency.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of recent, related clinical operational leadership experience, including large project and program management leadership.
- Project Management Professional certification is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of strategic planning, organizational change management, and project management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
