Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Clinical Operations to join our client's team in Vancouver. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Clinical Operations team, providing strategic direction and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality client experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Clinical Operations to drive operational excellence and team performance.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve clinic operations, workflow, and performance.
  • Ensure that programs and services meet the highest standards of clinical and client experience.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts aimed at enhancing workflow, performance, and the overall experience for team members and clients.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leadership roles with a strong aptitude for operational management and delivering exceptional client experiences.
