We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Clinical Operations to join our client's team in Vancouver. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing clinic and team management, ensuring the delivery of exceptional client experiences, and driving excellence in clinic operations and team performance.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the management of Care Coordinators and Client Experience team members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and exceptional client experiences.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Director, Clinical Operations to drive excellence in clinic operations and team performance.
- Assist with operational leadership, implement strategic initiatives, and ensure that programs and services meet the highest standards of clinical and client experience.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts aimed at enhancing workflow, performance, and the overall experience for team members and clients.
- Promote a personalized client experience and ensure that all interactions are professional, courteous, and respectful.
- Proven experience in leadership roles with a strong aptitude for operational management and delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Leadership qualities that inspire and motivate others, actively promoting a culture of Compassion, Innovation, and Excellence.
- Proficiency in implementing best practices to ensure a high standard of expert and compassionate care.
- Ability to develop resources, training materials, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability, a willingness to learn, and the ability to innovate effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint, with an intermediate level of understanding of their functionalities.
