Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Clinical Operations to join our client's team in Vancouver. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing clinic and team management, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the management of Care Coordinators and Client Experience team members
  • Collaborate with the Senior Director of Clinical Operations to drive excellence in clinic operations and team performance
  • Assist with operational leadership and implement strategic initiatives
  • Ensure programs and services meet the highest standards of clinical and client experience
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts aimed at enhancing workflow, performance, and the overall experience for team members and clients
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leadership roles with a strong aptitude for operational management and delivering exceptional client experiences
