We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Clinical Operations to join our client's team in Vancouver. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing clinic and team management, ensuring the highest standards of clinical and client experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Clinical Operations team, providing strategic direction and guidance to ensure the delivery of exceptional client experiences.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Clinical Operations to drive excellence in clinic operations and team performance.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve workflow, performance, and client satisfaction.
- Manage and develop resources, training materials, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure a high standard of expert and compassionate care.
- Effectively prioritize workflow, processes, and operational requirements to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Care Coordinators and Client Experience team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Proven experience in leadership roles with a strong aptitude for operational management and delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Leadership qualities that inspire and motivate others, actively promoting a culture of Compassion, Innovation, and Excellence.
- Proficiency in implementing best practices to ensure a high standard of expert and compassionate care.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
