Director of Clinical Operations

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Clinical Operations to join our client's team in Vancouver. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing clinic and team management, ensuring the delivery of exceptional client experiences, and driving excellence in clinic operations and team performance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Clinical Operations team, providing strategic direction and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality client experiences.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Clinical Operations to drive operational excellence and team performance.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve clinic operations, workflow, and performance.
- Ensure that programs and services meet the highest standards of clinical and client experience.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts aimed at enhancing workflow, performance, and the overall experience for team members and clients.
- Proven experience in leadership roles with a strong aptitude for operational management and delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Leadership qualities that inspire and motivate others, actively promoting a culture of Compassion, Innovation, and Excellence.
- Proficiency in implementing best practices to ensure a high standard of expert and compassionate care.
- Ability to develop resources, training materials, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability to change, embracing learning, and innovating effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint, with an intermediate level of understanding of their functionalities.
