Account Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Development Manager to join our team at Acosta. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to drive business growth and develop strong relationships with key customers.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing assigned customer accounts, developing business plans, and delivering results-driven strategies to increase sales and market share.
This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales and market share objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at assigned customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of account plans
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records and reports on account activity and sales performance
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in retail, marketing, or sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
This role requires:
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel frequently (up to 50% of the time)
- Good physical health and stamina
