About This Opportunity

Coca-Cola Canada is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Execution Lead to join our team. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for selling and ordering product, ensuring that our customers have the right products in stock to meet their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Execute all sales calls for assigned accounts, building strong relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Communicate account activities to appropriate parties, ensuring seamless execution and timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Manage merchandisers and visit customers to build, change, and remove product displays and point-of-sale (POS) materials, ensuring that our products are always visible and appealing to customers.
  • Execute and maintain POS advertising for all store accounts, driving brand awareness and sales.
  • Maintain and replenish products in store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers, ensuring that our products are always available and easily accessible to customers.
  • Communicate consistently with leaders, operations managers, and merchandisers to ensure quality and timely service to customers.
  • Build, change, and remove product displays; maintain product signage; clean product space and secure damaged or defective product.
  • Manage backroom operations, including organizing stock, identifying and reporting inventory levels, evaluating and processing damaged product, and re-packing product.
  • Follow all Company and Store policies regarding backroom, display floor, replenishment, equipment, and safety.
  • Act as an Ambassador by providing exceptional customer service to consumers and store personnel, answering questions, locating product, and providing assistance as needed.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age and legally eligible to work.
  • Must have a personal vehicle for use during working hours.
  • 1+ years previous sales experience preferred.
  • Food/beverage industry experience a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple customer accounts.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills.
  • Proficient computer application skills.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and current vehicle liability insurance.
  • 1-year experience working in grocery, retail, warehousing, or related field, preferred.
  • Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks or certification, preferred.
  • 1-year experience working under little or no supervision.
