We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at 2782364 Ontario Inc. as a Sales Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales staff, providing feedback and coaching to improve their sales skills.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, highlighting key sales trends and opportunities.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of sales leadership experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
This is a permanent full-time position, working 30 hours per week. The work language is English.
